Hi all,

Going to the Olympic Park for the Race of Champions event in a couple of weeks.

Just a few questions - are you allowed DSLRs? / interchangeable lens cameras?

Will my 700D and 55-250 be enough reach? I've got seats on the first tier of seats on the east stand/tunnel part.

Not sure about the Olympic Stadium but I got a ******ing off officials at white hart lane recently. The PL is quite protective about copyright but not sure if that extends.. I would certainly contact the venue organisers to be sure.

as for the FL of the lens, it surely depends on where the action is, whether the lighting conditions available to you are adequate and if you are able to keep the camera still in low lighting conditions if that's the case.

Yes, but not my full kit bag, a smaller bag i have that carries just the body + my 24-105. I got it in ok but was pulled out when I pulled it out.

I've taken cameras (click on sig) into grounds but never a DSLR. I've seen people with larger cameras but they but they've been out of reach of stewards.
