Well that sounds like a plan,
Orange are truly terrible especially the customer service so I think we need to change.

IDNet are a really good service, I used them for a while but eventually the over-the-odds price they charge forced me to change. They are also the only ISP I've used so far that is pretty much guaranteed to pick up the phone after only three rings and always someone with English as their first language

I actually prefer most of the foreign call centres (indian probably) because they know their job a lot better. With Orange they are mostly English but don't have a clue, we have even had the phone put down on us by some of the English ones whilst they were laughing.
