Well new to me.. and new to FahMon it seems - I downloaded new projects and it still has no info. Project 1808 and it's an Amber! Not seen one of them in months! According to the stanford current projects page it is worth 153.

This might be the start of a new load of WUs :) Or some dreggs from a server they wanna chuck out :p

Mines being crunched by a celery so i'm not expecting a massive PPD. Nice to have something new though.

odd that FahMon hasn't got any information about it yet it's on the project summary page (where FahMon gets its info from)

you won't have any benchmark info until it's folded a few frames but you should have been able to get the points and number of frames etc

Yeah it has all the info now. I think the shock of getting something new delayed it :p

Oh and rich, you are a star - I did the ole switching to deadlineless and back trick - just bagged a 600 pointer on the 3700+ :D

i got a new WU too and this one has 750 frames :p
its called p2099_abeta_4mer_agbn_Core 7a

and how long for my points too update?

check at about 20mins past the hour and they may be there - if not then generally by the next hourly update anyway :)

Any idea how many points it is worth? I can't find any info on it in the project list

SiriusB

the atomic (protein) structure sure does look 10 times more complicated than other ones i had.

Project: 2099
Server: 171.64.122.136
Name: p2099_abeta_4mer_agbnp
No. Atoms: 2092
Preferred: 34 days
Deadline: 63 days
Points: 226
Frames: 100
Core: GBGromacs

Most of my machines love the GBGromacs WUs - nice find :)

edit: in terms of complexity the p1862 you had once had 61055 atoms, the p1808 only had 1125 atoms though

Argggh!! I wouldn't mind seeing some variation in Wu's myself.. all 8 instances I have are running the 77* projects at the mo, and have been for weeks (apart from 2 600 pointers I picked up about 6 days ago)

I'm struggling to get past 800ppd even though I now have 6 PC's in 24x7 operation (1 a 3800x2) <sigh>

To get rid of 77*'s try not using -advmethods. ;)

Oh and got 2x600 pointers on my E6300 at the moment. Combined about 1100ppd  :D
