With reference to the LA Noire thread, can we please come to some type of agreement to stop posting:

"MINE HAS SHIPPED!" in game threads please.

It's annoying and just clutters up game threads with rubbish.

lol you think the LA Noire thread is bad. I'm looking forward to the 5-6 pages of OMG MINEZ HAZ BEEEN POSTED a couple of days before MW3 comes out. Oh not forgetting the DOES YOUS THINK IT WILL COMEZ MONDAY posts too.

Oh and I'm gonna reply to every single post of that nature also with a "well Done" and a "no" as I see fit lol

I agree there should be one thread or people that care about postage status and this should be it. No one really gives a **** if your copy is a day late or a day early.

In all fairness, what negative effect does people posting shipping status have on the thread? Surely you can just skip that if you're reading an archived thread, and there's not exactly much to discuss about a game in the 3 days before it comes out anyway...
