OMG my pc is dead.. Help!!

When I boot my pc I see the welcome screen and then my windows desktop but after that I just see black and white dots, like an untuned tv channel almost!! What can be wrong?

I bought a bundle thats supposed to OC to 3.3Ghz but it didnt and now I have no pc

This is terrible.

Can I fix these black and white dots?

EDIT: I have cleared the CMOS but it didnt fix it

Could be GPU, reseat it but it could be broken.

I just tried reseating it and it still does the same thing. I reset the cmos again as well. I am in my desktop for about 10 secs then the screeb goes. If I leave it my pc reboots after about a minute. This is the just the worst thing ever

Oh wait ive rebooted agin and got a message from ntune: To protect your hardware from damage or lockup your graphics processor has lowered its performance to a level that allows continued safe operations.

I did indeed overclock my 6800GT (getting new card soon) from 350/1000 to around 380/1080 earlier today.

What does this mean? I have a 750 watt Antec psu, is that enough?

That power supply would easily be enough. That is unless you running silly number of HDD's and optical drives off it aswell

But for normal use it will be more than adaquit.
To give you an idea I've got my Q6600 (OC'd to 3.4Ghz) and 8800GTX with 4 hdd's running happily at around 200 Watts idle on my Corsair 620W . You won't get a problem from that.

The problem could be coming from your overclock of your graphics or bad video drivers if this only happens once you go into windows.

If you have remote access software like logmein then you could try that to see if it has gone to windows or hung.
