That's the video of the noise. Literally 15 minutes before I moved the pc there was no noise. Now it makes this...

Checked all cables and reconnected them. Noise only happens when something graphically intense starts.

Any ideas how to solve this?

i think it is coil whine of sorts. seems to have calmed down while my gpu is set to 60% but its still present and i havent just fully watercooled my PC so i can run my gpu at 60% lol.

i will set fans to full in a sec and see if that sounds similar.

if fps hit high numbers in thousands like exiting benchmark ex: when exiting heaven benchmark fps in menu is over 5000 fps you will get coil wine .

yea but this happens the second i get into a game. or even while running valley benchmark. when leaving valley benchmark it gives a sharp screech until the last screen closes.

From 17 seconds onwards it definitely sounds like coil whine to me. Before then it sounds like a fan rattling about in its housing, but seeing as you've said you've said you've checked and it's definitely the GPU then I'm not sure what it could be.

With regards to the coil whine reappearing when you close down the Unigine Valley benchmark, that happens to me as well and is definitely because the fps skyrockets on the exit screen. Although that exit screen looks like a static screenshot, it's actually rendering at 1000s of fps. Check it with Fraps or something next time you shut that benchmark down.

i tried stopping both fans inside, near the motherboard with my finger and the noise persisted. there is the PSU fan and the 2 fans in front of my case.

could it be i the fans where too low speed? or the PWM signal or something like that?

seeing as a 3rd opinion says it sounds like fan noise i will agree. just aslong as i dont have to take my loop apart again, it is a huge chore in an ITX case lol.
