Ah I see, they do them for you! I was sat waiting for my order a few weeks ago looking at the pictures on the wall wondering who on earth orders omelette from the Chinese takeaway?
I had to stand up and make sure it was an actual omelette they were selling...
There are surely plenty of more more interesting dishes to sample if you're eating from there...?

It's a salt but it's not the sodium chloride salt we normally use.
Mono sodium glutamate.

It's just glutamic acid made into a sodium salt so it's easier to use.

It is a food additive to make food taste awesome apparently. It's just a fine white powder from what I saw at the chinese supermarket.

Course there not salt. Not ever wants salt. Ask yours to be salted when you pay. Chinese chips are always popular but its nothing special other than the fat/oil there were cooked in.

Ive never tried an omlette from a chinese get told that theres no point, and to just make one myself at home.. think ill try one next time though if they are as nice as you people say they are!

thats the most ***** thing on earth, i dont actually think there is actually any meat in it at all.
As for the omlettes. Wok cooked? Egg fu Yung is so lush you gotta have it.
