Omnia 7 case + apps?

Hi ive just got myself a samsung omnia 7 (upgraded from a san francisco) and was wondering what case owners would recommend for daily use?
Also any app suggestions for WP7 would be hugely appreciated

Also there is an app called kik available now, looked at it and it's quite nice, but don't know anyone that uses it so can't do a full review.
