On a Budget!

I am finally upgrading my monitor after building my machine last year... however, funds are not great with babies (twins) on the way.

Now is the time as my flat screen is giving up the ghost (geddit?) after nearly 9 years. Poor old 4:3 antiquity that it is

Here's what I'm after advice on: what should I be focusing on getting within my £150 budget? And is there a sweet spot for performance vs screen size in this price range?

Personally I like 24" at 1080/1200, it's a nice screen size for the resolution. a lot of people like this monitor. http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-057-BQ&tool=3
