On and Off

Sorry if thisis in the wrong section, because its kind off clash between HDD and Monitor i think,

Ive had this problem on my partition butno on my other, i would be using my computer as normal and suddenly the montor will turn off, then turn back on after 5 seconds then i find my computer is running really slow,this doesnt happen on my other partition, so i doubt its the monitor or the HDD :S, is it just a mashed setting? ive tried error checking etc but still the same, i would format it but ive got a hell of a lot of stuff on there and my other partition is too small to hack it all,

try uninstalling and re-installing your gfx card? drivers may have been corrupted causing abnormal behaviour or try another gfx card in yur computer and see what happens.

Ive tried thatalready but still doesnt work, ive been trying lots of stuffs over time, its been going on for quite a while.
