On board Graphics QUESTION

Hello. I removed the GPU from my machine, I put my monitor's hdmi on the board slot but can't get any signal.

Any idea how to make that work, if I can't get into bios and not have access to a GPU?
My board is Aoeus x570 Elite and I was using a 3090 FE on it.
