On Going Windows updates!!!

Jubus, I just Formated and reinstalled windows and the Updates just keep on coming.
I have got the SP2 update and now i keep getting tiny little ones that take about 20 seconds to do.
Is this normal?
Its giving me the ****s :p
Why wont it stop!!!!
 
Windows is unsecure, they patch, more errors are found, they patch again. After 5 years or so there are a lot of patches, might aswell be one big patch now.

Dear God they have been patching for bloody ages, Why oh why cant it be just one monster patch!!
 
the worst thing is, if you dont get all the updates, your pc will infected badly by the end of the day, and you will have to reinstall again! The amount of times i had to reinstall windows before SP2 was ridiculous.

Welcome to Microsoft Windows :D There are practically 100s of updates every month, especially in the last few ones. Save yourself the trouble & be downloading this (also here). Extremely useful if you own/manage several machines & or format regularly :)
 
Oh FFS :mad: They all have the Exact same update number. Does this mean its being downloading and installing the same Update over and over again :(
