well i got my i5 today :-) and GD65 and 8gb dominator vengeance ram so i guess i better change my sig. windows is updating now big smile

thanks to every one who helped me choose the new components
 
Cool. That's gonna be a beast, I'd be worry about the PSU under load though, but a 2500K isn't that power hungry all by itself.

If it's a toughpower, it's rated 38A on 12V, which looks like it's ok :)
 
i know my psu need upgrading, im going to get a new psu before i overclock i think as its just a lot for my psu, its not a tough power its a TR2 and about 4 years old lol, so will grab a new supply then overclock but @ stock i think it should be ok for now
 
Sounds good, I better change my sig too, I have sold my cpu and motherboard, ready for bulldozer.

Only got my mobile to access the web.

I Will do but at the moment im on stock cooling :mad: waiting for OCUK to deliver my H50 :D it will be with me monday and i have got to take the mobo out again to change it so i have not bothered with keeping it tidy as i know i have got to rip it apart again so little embarrassed with the state of it atm lol

Omd's, you ordered your things after 9pm last night and have your things already i ordered my things on thursday and have to wait till monday (im wounded)
Congrats on your build btw.
 
i never said where i got the bits did i ? sorry but this time i got the lot quite a bit cheaper else where. i usually use OCUK but the components i bout where nearly 20% more from oc :(
