On-screen display software

Hello guys whats the best software for showing FPS, GPU Temp/Usage, Fan Speed ect... I was using MSi Afterburner and its really good, but noticed its conflicting with Amd Overdrive and freezing games up.
So looking for software that dont include the OC part, just the OSD?

Cant you just use MSI Afterburner, and not use the OC part?
I use it for the fan profile control and on-screen monitoring, I don't use any OC features, and it's working fine for me.

I'll disable amd overdrive and try just using msi see if I still get crashes.
