just want to know if what i have so far and what i plan to buy will last me decent amount of time and run games at 1366x768 at full spec
if im missing components please say so i have never built my own pc before

Im assuming you will be using it for gaming? If yes then yeah it will last a good amount of time. The components that you have chosen are very good (I have the same board) especially if you wait for a new ATI dx10 card :) Your computer will cruise through all (or most) current games I imagine (mines does, look at my sig :)) and will see the greater benefits once multi-threaded applications/games start to become available.

EDIT: only thing I would say is if you are going to be overclocking then perhaps get a different cooler for your CPU (Scythe Ninja/Tuniq Tower/Arctic Freezer 7 Pro). If not then make sure you get the Retail version of the CPU as the OEM version will not come with a fan.

cheers guys was gonna get an arctic cooler 7 pro seem cheap and cheerfull and reviews say it does the buisness

keyboard Saitek PZ30AU Eclipse Illuminated Keyboard - Blue
mouse Logitech MX518 Gaming-Grade Optical Mouse
and ill use the surround sound set i bought for my 360 and ps2

I would get an 8800 GTS 320MB so you can start gaming now, or an x1950 Pro and upgrade to ATi's DX10 when it (eventually) shows up. Otherwise you could be waiting a while.
