On the subject of Butter..

Does anyone else find that spreadable butters/marg tend to have non stick properties to the knife you are using to spread it?

Does my head in when every time you get to the edge of the bread and pick/flip the butter round it drops off the knife!

Real butter isnt too bad but the spreads!!! Oh my god

Yeah sometimes when you get it on your knife out of the tub it gets all condensationy when it's cold and just slips off your knife.

Butter tastes soooo much better than any of those spreads. President unsalted is my current butter tipple.
