Onboard Audio Jacks

I have an intergrated sound card with three ports at the back; pink green and blue.

The pink is microphone. The green is the main audio line. How can I get the blue line to function?

I'm trying to have a headset plugged into it so I can turn off my main speakers and run Skype when I choose.

Is this possible?

The blue is an anolog in one. Unless you can reprogram it which is only on the more expensive sound cards then its not possible.
