Onboard graphics or entry level card?

Hi, I'm going to be building my own PC with an i5 3570K, would there be any benefit in putting an entry level card that I have spare (Sapphire 11166-02-20R HD 5450 1GB DDR3) or should I just stick to the HD4000?

majoritively I think the hd4000 is actually faster than the 5450. Have a look at this link as it compares the two in a few games: http://www.anandtech.com/show/5771/the-intel-ivy-bridge-core-i7-3770k-review/9
