Thats for a case, PSU, floppy, motherboard and decent onboard graphics - as well as the chance to upgrade it later via PCI-e. Consider it.

It's a very good deal to introduce yourself to S939. Be warned that overclocking abilities are near-nonexistenant (only able to raise the FSB).
