Hi am using a soundblaster live card atm and wondering whether to change to my onboard when my new motherboard arrives? the onboard is realtek alc888

why don't you just try both when u get the new mobo?

sorry should have explained better have the choice of 2 boards here 1 with realtek alc888 and other i would have to use the live card so really cant be bothered putting cpu in and out etc
