Onboard sound (p5w-dh)

I'm fed up trying to get my Emu 0404 working with games so I want to get the onboard sound going

Problem is I can't figure out how/where to do it. I've looked in sound devices & enabled HD Audio in bios??? Do I have to install audio codecs - I'm sure I would have done that when I first set up PC

Any suggestions?

All good now, I download drivers, the ones on the CD refused to install - some windows bus driver issue

Problem is I only want to use onboard for gaming, & everytime I switch over to it in Control Panel I have to physically change connections at the back of PC to route the audio out

Any way I could route the on-board audio through the EMU outputs?? (longshot )
