Yo,

I have an asus K8n4-e deluxe and its really cool. I wondering if the onboard Realtek ALC850 sound is slow though?

I mean how much faster is it really if I were to use a audigy SE (like on this site)? How much will my framerates improve (if any)?

What are your thoughts?

Very little increase I would have thought, perhaps 2 fps. Look to spend your money elsewhere if increased gaming performance is what you're after.
