One cable for Macbook air to charge/ connect to screen?

Hi there,

For my Macbook air I currently have two cables running from it - one for the charger and one for connecting to my 144K monitor.

I'm on a real cable clearing binge and I wanted to know whether a USB-C splitter will work to have only one cable into the Macbook air that I can use to charge and display out at the same time?

Pretty sure that not possible, but you can get a monitor that will charge the Mac via USB.

Could you not use a Uni Hub?

You can buy them from Apple, however you're looking at around £75.
