One cpu cooler fan or two?

I'm about to order (amongst other things,) an i7 920 to go into an Antec 1200 on an Asus P6T Deluxe board.
Noise (or lack of it) is an important consideration and I've decided on a Prolimatech Megahalems cooler with 2 Noctua NF-P12 Vortex-Control 120mm Quiet Case fans.
A poster in another thread has said I will probably only need one fan because the cpu will be near an exhaust fan in the case.
Can I get away with only one or should I play 'safe' and get two?

Chris

I'd go for two fans, simply because it'll be a pain to add another in at a later date. Having push/pull will only be marginally better, but i7's do run notoriously hot, so every little bit helps. :)

If you can afford to get both of them now. Will make life easier than adding one in later and noise wont change noticeably.

Since bodging a second fan onto my AC Freezer I won't be getting another CPU cooler Unless it takes Two fans as standard, I have Supreme air cooling & Complete control.
I advice Anybody on a build/rebuild to install Two CPU fans as it concentrates the air flow Perfectly.
