One Drive Issue

I Cut and Pasted a folder from my PC to One Drive. I didnt check the size, which was 600gb! I want to cancel this, but OneDrive doesnt actually let me.. Anyone know how? Pausing Sync doesnt help as it stops all my other folders Syncing!

No, because it is currently syncing... What a stupid problem to have

That doesn't work. Basically my files I cut and paste are in limbo, it's uploading so slow it's basically done 30gb of 700gb! But It seems I have no choice but to let it do its thing.. how stupid!
