Hi,

Just a quick question.
As MS is reducing the One Drive File storage from 15GB + bonus of 10GB down to 5GB soon. I have started to do some file tidy up.

However, if I delete files from One Drive do they also delete from my Smart phone ! ?

Also where in the setting can I turn off Andriod One Drive upload ?

did you not read about the 'promotion' to keep your storage at 15GB if you registered your account before Jan 31?

I've still got my camera bonus (might have been part of the promotion though) and my loyalty bonus, neither of which have an 'expiry date' with them. I've also got the 15GB because I did the 'promotion' to keep my existing storage.

As to deletion, 99% certain anything on the phone will stay on the phone but best wait for others to reply to be safe.
 
Dont take this as golden, but typically they just restrict uploading of any further content, so if you are over the existing limit you will find that you cannot upload anything further, but your existing content will stay.

did you register the account on the 'promotion' page, if you didn't then you'll be losing space as originally intended by MS.
