Due to an illness/operations I've got no hearing in my left ear. Are there any headphones/connectors which will output both left and right channels to right only? I'll be using the headphones on my Sansa Fuze when I'm in the gym.

what you want is a stereo to mono 3.5mm adaptor. Then you can use any earphones you like.

not so sure, but maybe mono music files? it woulfd have the benefit of saving loads of space on your mp3 player giving u more tracks
This is probably the best idea, if nobody else is going to be listening and it's from your MP3 player.
