Hi All
I have two rigs one I use just for gaming (9570 GT 512, Raptor, 2gb ram) and one for music, photos, DVD ripping/ watching etc. The HTCP was supposed to be built from leftovers from my gaming rig upgrades however its becoming a bit of a beast.

Anyway the question is
Both PCs are socket 939, and I have one AMD 64 3700+ and one AMD 4400+ Dual core which CPU should go in which PC?

The 4400 was supposed to go in the gaming rig but Im thinking that as I play BF2 and 2142 which do not utilise dual core CPUs (is this correct?) then as both are about the same speed the dual core would be better in the HTPC.

What do you think?
Would there be any real performance drops by not having dual core with the 9570 GFX when gaming?

cheers
