One for the creative types: Gridiron Software (flow)

Came across this on a Photoshop podcast last night, and it looks amazing!

Essentially, it runs in the background and tracks your work across most OS X apps (Windows beta out now). It's not a plugin, it doesn't install hooks in to the applications, it's merely a tool that stays in the background but it really has some amazing features.

I haven't seen anything like this before, and it's worth checking out if you use the creative suite / Final Cut / pro apps a lot.
