This is my dads '91 Rover 820 Mk1 with full TWR kit. Only a limited number of these were produced, and his has been sat on the driveway for the last 5 years since the cambelt snapped.
It was covered in moss and had growths coming from various parts of the body, but after he cleaned it tonight... it came out looking like this.
Now, you'd expect a Rover (of all things) to rust after being sat for 5 years. But no... apart from the odd speck here and there, it's in pretty good condition. Now I just need to convince him to get it back on the road with a new engine (M-series Turbo hopefully
) and it'll be awesome.
I'm sure he'll be along here sometime tonight to comment.
