I got an email of my cousin with four links on it to youtube videos to a very old c64 game and as soon as i started looking at the videos the memories came flooding back and put a big grin on my face.:D

One for the older members obviously but who can remember playing these two games on the C64?!!.

Great games, Part 3 was awful though.
 
Funny you should say that cause i played 1 and 2 to death but never got around to playing part 3 though.

Sounds like part 3 went too far!.

Still cant "that" music out my head though.

Great stuff and honestly!, we used to rate the music that much that i decided to copy the music onto an old casette(i think thats how you spell it) tape and used to take it to school and play it back and classmates would go "is that really game music of the C64, that sounds great" lmao.!!

I think Part 3 came out just as the C64 was fading out (arrival of the Amiga/early 90's) so it was a rushed job, and System 3 needed money BAD - think it was the nail in their coffin to be honest.

But 1 & 2 are definately great games, certainly defining moments in gaming history.
 
Yeah i think that was the reason i did not play part 3 as i reckon i sold my C64 or it broke and i moved onto the next system/console whatever it was.

Ill say again...that music!! lol.:-)
 
I'm a bit scared at becoming an 'older member' :p But I do have such fond memories of these games :D
