No Crop, Just how I framed it.
Pretty girl.
The hair over the eye is very distracting.
For black & white there needs to be a bit more contrast - especially in the lippy.
Nice catchlights in the eyes.
Would prefer to see just a bit of chin - her face looks alarmingly incomplete without it.
The lighting is pretty good overall - maybe just a tad more shadow would give it more definition.
I think that it is just a little too much of a close-up to be flattering to her skin and that shine doesn't help.
Shots like this are very demanding both for photographer and "stylist" - this falls just a little bit short on both counts - but a creditable effort.
