Theres no real need to post a picture that large. 800x600 is fine for viewing. Plus it stops people stealing your work. As for the image, the tree doesn't really compliment the shot. It looks dead while you've got a nice field of red and green. The sky is a bit blown out in places too.

The pic has promise but there are a few things that could be improved (IMHO)...
You've got the horizon bang in the middle. You could crop a load of the forground off (the green bit with no poppies) and have the horizon about a 3rd of the way up the frame, like Colins edit. I don't mind the tree so much, but it could do with being a bit futher in and not so close to the edge of the frame. The rule of thirds is espcially important when shooting landscapes (generally speaking). Also the picture looks over sharpened.
