One Hundred Push Ups

Really? Only if you dip lower than you normally would, which is not a good idea!

I hold them like i would a barbell, so the wrists are correctly aligned, this should make things a touch easier.

I'm pondering some grips like this, are the ones that twist any good? Seen the adverts for them (Perfect Pushups) but they do cheaper ones at Argos.
 
Hows everyone doing at the moment?

Im just in the process of doing the last day of week 2 and damn its tough on the last final set.

What i was wondering, for the exhaustion test, did you leave it an additional day or 2 before doing it?
 
I might have a try of this actually, got a little competition going with a mate at work to see who can get to 100 first. Thing is we start and then stop, never bloody stick to it!

I have stuck to going to the gym though and its been about 3-4 months since I started, and last week on a practice go I managed 80 pressups. 4 sets of 20 with a 1 min break in between. I could prob get around 50-60 in one go. Going to the gym has helped a lot! :)
