One large UPS or two smaller ones?

Looking into a UPS for my two machines, would it be wiser to for a higher capacity single UPS to power two PC's, or two lower capacity for each PC? Only one PC will have the USB data line (htpc is on 24/7) other isn't, gaming PC.

So basically 750VA for the HTPC, and 1000VA for the gaming rig, or a single 1500VA for both.

Get two single ones. And 750VA is enough to power pretty much anything. UPS' with more power than this are simply there to extend battery run time.

I'm getting a line interactive one, not a passive. So afaik you have to make sure it always provides enough current. PC in sig, plus a 3700+, 1GB, two HD, ATI X300.
