One Machine, Two Uses!

Ok so I have the following setup in my spare room. I now want to run an HDMI and optical coax cable to the front room so I can use dual display. Is the setup below enough to play games at 1680x1050 and to watch DVD/Blu-Ray at 1080p?

Asus P5Q Pro
Intel Q9550 @stock
4GB DDR2-6400 @stock
Ati 4850 (512MB)@Stock
4TB of Seagate SATA2 disks (All F1)

though the 1gig version of the graphics card would have came in handy

Thanks guys, not sure if Is ure should have said would want to be playing a game in one room and watching a DVD or Blu-ray at the same time. Setup for that still ok?

Yeah I know about the 1GB card but I couldn't wait when I bought the 512MB

I assume you have a 20/22 inch monitor right? gaming at that res.
Does the monitor just scale down the blue ray image?
