Three weeks ago my recuitment agent organised a telephone interview with my next potential employer.

The telephone interview went very well. So well that they invited me (over the phone) to come and visit them for a face to face interview.

The second interview took place last week. Overall it went pretty well... I was almost surprised at how relaxed I felt during the session. I answered all questions and asked a few myself without hesitation.

Today I received a call from the recruitement agent....... He informed me that they wish to see me again :D . Now I'm dropping bricks..... As its make or break time.

I really hope I get this job lol!

The third and final round took place this morning!

Where do I start..... lol.

Got there 30mins late. All because someone decided to crash on the motorway.

Fortunately, they brushed off the delay.

Overall it went pretty well. They seemed impressed with what I had to say!

Fingers crossed I get the role!

Okay.... Now I'm really dropping brick.

I've just finished speaking with the recruitment agency. Basically today is Judgement Day. The firm have narrowed it down to two people.... Myself and one other!

Apparently they really like me. The only downside is that they were slightly concerned about me showing up late for the third interview (to be fair that wasnt my fault). Either way they still really like me!

We then went one to talk about salary..... Whether or not I'd accept the role if they offered less than what I'm currently on and what I'd do if my current employer delivered a counter offer to keep me on board...

I cant concentrate.... Feel like I'm going to have a nervous breakdown!

At least you are doing better than my gf. She had a recruitment company interview in January and went through to the next round.

1st interview in Feb with the company.

2nd interview and 30 minute presentation to the MD and 30 of his staff in late Feb.

3rd interview at head office in Spain on 14th March.

Was supposed to know the decision as to who gets the job by end of March. Got phone call from recruitment company last night to say the company still hasn't made a decision yet so will be a while longer.:rolleyes:
