... you know when you go to some cafeteria place at a shopping centre, or any fast food restaurant for that matter (or even at the cinema), and you get out those cardboard cups and fill it with a fizzy drink of your choice, how the hell does the drink not fizz everywhere? 
Picture this: you're at home and you are pouring a glass of coke, and you have to stand there like a mug while you wait for all the fizz to go down before you can fill the rest of the glass. Why does that not happen when you're out?
