hi all a question for anyone really,my graphics card is a gtx 970 and am thinking of adding another, is there that much difference graphic wise having two.thanks for your time

For 1080P 1 is probably enough. For 1440P and up then a 2nd would be good to keep your FPS higher.

I run GTX970 SLI but I game at 2560x1440 and they ROCK!

A single would be fine for 1080p.

thanks for the quick replies yes I play at 1080,so staying at 1080 two cards are a bit of a waste,am I reading that right

Well perhaps if you have a 144Hz monitor you might need 2 to keep the FPS at 144 in certain games.
