Don't get me wrong, I love this country and there are many benefits to it, but this is just not on.

How something so disgusting like this can carry on in a modern day England is beyond me. How do they think they'll get away with it?

This is a myth. The death penalty in general was removed in 1969. Capital punishment for treason or piracy was abolished in 1998.
