Yes the bay and beer are a great combination, now I am the proud owner of an SR-2 and two L5639's soon to become my daily driver :rolleyes:

Any advice on case/setup welcome.
What can I get out of the L5639's?

The Elysium was my first choice ,future plans would include gpu's so two psu's will be required but they will probably be added after its retired from desktop duty.

As a daily driver it has to be stable rather than at the bleeding edge.

The CPU's are retail.

I already have a 1500w and several 1200w psu's from my seti gpu days.

I have gone beyond the 1500w before with three/four HD5970's on Milkyway so its a just in case kind of thing.

How much rad would you guys recommend for the two cpu's at say 3.6Ghz?

Could I get by with a 14.2?

I already have a 14.2 and 14.3 that I used to cool the AMD rig, trying to reuse as much as possible to keep cost down.

Trying to get it up and running for <£500(cash outlay) with as much reuse of parts I have as possible.

Do you guys know how well ATI 79xx cards do in seti?
