Literally forever. You don't have access to any other series. Sort of like desert island discs, but tv series, and only 1. You can sit on the island and watch it on loop, I guess.

The Office US.

(buy the physical dvd box set, use packaging as firewood, Dwight style).

Neighbours.

It's not good enough to binge too much, so you won't burn thorough it quickly, but it's entertaining enough. And it's got more than 200,000 hours to watch. That would take 10 years at an hour per day.

I say all that, but I haven't watched it since about 2004. Maybe it's actually terrible.
Soap operas, good shout. I stopped Neighbours well before 2004, But I'm fairly sure I watched it for about 12-15 years, Home and Away for about 10 years. Eastenders, probably watched for about 20 years, probably the last one I stopped in about 2011.

Seeing as I’ve already watched the entire series of The Office US three times now,......
3 times is nothing :p

Friends - because i used to put it on the background anyway.....

20 years ago, I would have picked Friends. It has a bit of everything and is very re-watchable.
Big Bang Theory I stopped at around season 9. If the show had ended around 6 or 7, it would possibly give the Office a serious run for it's money.

I’ve never made it past the first series of the US office, it’s surprised me how much praise it gets, I guess I need to stick with it?

I've only ever watched a couple of episodes from the first series, which were like dodgy copies of the UK original. I've heard it improves a huge amount after that as it goes in its own direction.

I'll check it out myself someday :D
Hit the nail on the head. Season 1 is only 6 episodes and largely copies the UK series, with limited success. By episode 6 of season 2, it find's it's own stride and you fall in love with the characters for themselves, rather than clones of the UK series. By the finale of season 2 (episode 22) it cements it's place as the greatest comedy of all time and Michael Scott truly outshines David Brent.
