One user can't connect to Exchange and some other resources

Yeah it's me again - having one of those weeks!

Got a weird situation where one user can't connect to certain resources. Prime amongst these is Exchange.

They can log in and access file shares and printers fine but any attempt to set up Exchange in Outlook fails. OWA also fails. Also having issues connecting to our phone server.

Anyone got any ideas what could be wrong? Obviously nothing simple like password or account lockouts or nothing would work.

If you must know, the user in question had managed to login to a local, non-domain account. Happened to have the same name and password as the domain account so server shares worked but nothing that required proper domain credentials would.
