OnePlus 5T rear camera no longer working.

Anyone experiencing problems with their OP 5T camera app?

I open the standard app and black screen shows, before crashing.

I open WhatsApp and the same will happen, unless I switch to selfie cam and take pics via that.

Phone is 14 months old, on latest OS, with no drops, etc.

Help appreciated.

Tried a system reset after installing most recent update, but haven't done a factory reset yet - I'll try once I've made certain everything's backed up and report back.

delete all cache and data on the camera app in settings? Tried a third party camera app to see if it behaves the same way?
Some phones also have a system self test in the settings so you can determine if its hardware or software at fault.
