Hello,

The system keeps shutting down and rebooting so many times more than before with the Kernel-Power-41 error on Windows 11 system. I just had a new Ram/Memory replaced as the other single stick pooped and so I replaced it with the same system ram as before, same model and match. The old stick gave me BSOD from a memory management error. Now with the new ram, no more BSOD

However still get a Kernel-Power-41 error, just the screen goes black and the full system goes into the reboot, does not matter what I'm doing it does it anytime. I left my system on Idle and after 30mins it rebooted.

Specs
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix Z490-E
Processor: Intel Core i7-10700K @ 5.2GHz
GPU: Asus GTX Strix 1660TI
RAM: Corsair 32GB 3200Mhz Vengeance RGB
Case: Phanteks Pro M Tempered Glass
CPU Cooler: Corsair H115i PRO
SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 500gb
SSD: Crucial MX500 1TB
M.2: Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB
HDD: WD HDD 2x 2 TB + Total 4 TB

I run CMD system tests and nothing came back with failed. Done a Power test with the multimeter using the black/red pins and from what I have done and seen, it's a pass-all result with the right voltage numbers. Getting the right numbers per 24 pins input so the reading is right. I doubled check all cables and all were good, I then reset the bios to default and rebooted then I redone the Bios again from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=32cPxWOb1Xo BUT mine is only running at 5.1 and 3200mhx ram speeds

PSU is usually the culprit for Kernel 41.

Had it a few times when running a poor quality or low wattage PSU.
Yet I did a Voltage test and running fine as I said in the OP. It's always been running fine. I have not had the Kernel error since I did what I said above then again it might happen still I do not know

what else is it............
