Onkyo TX-NR686 clicking

Hello,

So I have the above reciever which I'm more than happy with however one niggle, I'm not sure if it's normal behaviour or not?

When I switch from one source to another, the amp makes a click? Also when changing between some TV channels it does the same. When I turned the amp off it also seemed to make a few series of clicks?

Is this weird behaviour?

Why do the relays make this sound?


Also in regards to output, I'm running 4K at YCBCR444 from my PC to my TV, I'm using a 5 meter HDMI cable to the recieved then a 1.5 meter cable to the TV.

I'm getting flickering on the screen, goes blank for a few seconds then comes on, this started when I initially set up Dolby Atmos, but secondly I have now removed Atmos but forced YCBCR444 as before it wasn't running at that.

Am I at the limits of the HDMI cable?
