Online Casino Software - Clean?

Hey,

Considering having a bash on some online casinos and although some do have the option to play online (without using their own software) the majority of the better ones seem to require you download their own.

Does anybody know if these are, generally, clean of virus/spyware/general nasties etc? Any online resources that generally test the programs/casinos for this kind of thing and list "safe" ones?

I don't really want to install anything onto the computer if it will fill it with spyware or the like... Will be more hassel than its worth!

Some casinos I was considering playing include 32Red, Red Lounge, Ladbrokes, etc.

Cheers.

Dan.

Thanks for the reply :)

I cannot find the Casino section on Rpoints.. Are you sure it's there or am I just missing it?

Anybody else have anything to add? At the moment interested in hearing about 32Red Online Casino (Uses Microgaming from what I've found on their site..).

Cheers.

Hi there,

To answer your question I'd say that initally the idea was to make money though it has proven to be a fairly alright way to pass an hour or so every now and again - I must say though that I am a wuss and would never play too much for fear of becoming hooked or something :o

So far I've only ever put £50 into online casinos with balance currently standing at £200.05 (Blackjack, too).

To be honest, it is the reputation of casino software leaving files everywhere over a computer that puts me off spending more time with it (Some offer pure-online gaming but several do not it seems).

EDIT
// And card counting cannot be used as the decks are reshuffled after each hand.
