online collaboration tool

Hope you guys will be able to recommend something for us I have had a look at vTiger and although it does the job it is far to complicated and clunky for our needs.
Basically all we need is some kind of online collaborative spreadsheet and or database. That we can run via our website.

I know google docs is out there but ideally we would want free and for it to be run on our site just for us.

What puts you off Google Apps?

Feng Office is great for a full-featured thing without being too complicated, the free version is hidden at http://sourceforge.net/projects/opengoo/files/fengoffice/ Sorry, I don't know anything just spreadsheet-focused

Dont you have to pay for google apps if your a business?

Only if you want the extra features offered or need more than the free user limit - though they have just crippled that from 50 to 10

Office 365 is on the horizon and is available in a beta version which seems pretty good from the short time I have spent on there. There is a small charge per month for the full version but it also lets you work on files locally and then re upload them etc where needed.
