online contact form for web page

hi all,

im looking to make an online contact form for my web page is possible, i want to keep it as simple as possbile and dont really want any php / database requiring forms.

has anyone got any ideas of types i could use please?

If you've got a cgi-bin you could stick a perl script in there and post to that.

Use php to send the results to your email.
