Online course to learn how to trade stock

My uncle wants to learn how to trade stocks, but he would like more information:

1) what is the best online course (UK) where there is a new video each week or whatever

2) the best software to train with

3) the best software to trade with

he has seen these online websites that can you can do trading through, but from what i understand he wants to deal in short-term stocks, no longer than a week, not in long term investments

anyway, im hoping you guys can shed some light on this

As for online courses to teach you how to trade stocks they will be very dubious at best.

that is why im trying to find someone reputable

Someone reputable wouldn't be creating websites or teaching people.
